fxn: Regarding Halk, please don’t use port 8080 – it’s a common idiom to use it as the entry point for web proxies… unless of course, Halk is a web proxy.

Time for a new release of freegen. Now sporting multiple independent meshes per input stream, and limited support for multi-interface hosts.
I wish I had time to really hack on this, and give it a direct interface to whack, or a shell script hook based output module. Some neat things could be done….
In other news, squid-3.0 is shaping up real well, with some positive early adopter reports now coming in.
